a “multi-course” evening
of gourmet delights from top area chefs. All
proceeds will benefit the Quad State Appalachian
Valley Professional Chef’s Association
Chapter of the American Culinary Federation,
a non-profit organization promoting culinary
awareness and food safety to the region. In
addition, part of the proceeds will establish
a scholarship fund for disadvantaged students
pursuing a career in the food service industry.
We hope to make this an annual event that will
grow to become the area’s “must
