Your health, welfare and safety are paramount when you stay or dine with us.; Noting that the news is dominated by Coronavirus, I wanted to personally reach out and let you know that we have implemented increased guest room and hotel common area cleaning protocols and processes.
We are closely monitoring the guidance of the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention regarding the spread of the virus.; Our focus is to ensure we meet our guest needs while doing our part to keep you, our associates, and our communities safe.
We have enhanced techniques used to clean guest rooms after each stay with particular attention to high touch point areas. The dining rooms and kitchens are, as always, strictly following all Health & Safety regulations.; We are taking even greater precautions to also initiate extra cleaning steps and procedures with the best cleaning equipment and personnel available. In addition, we are taking steps to ensure the welfare of our team members.
We understand your travels may have been interrupted by COVID-19 through no fault of yours. We encourage you to still join us, or please consider giving as much advanced notice to us should you need to cancel or postpone your visit to the Bavarian Inn.; You are our loyal customer and we appreciate your business.
